DMCA Policy

Chicken And Gravy Sandwich ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Chicken And Gravy Sandwich service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Chicken And Gravy Sandwich will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
  2.   3. Contact information of the claimant: Provide your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of good faith belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Physical or electronic signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature (e.g., typing your full legal name).

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a Counter-Notification containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

  • Identification of the material removed/disabled: Identify the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL(s)) at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Contact information of the counter-notifier: Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Chicken And Gravy Sandwich may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Physical or electronic signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.
